SECTION 45-26-5

   § 45-26-5  Procedure for establishment andincorporation of town authority. – The findings of each town council declaring the need for a town authority shallbe made in the same manner and degree as is required for each city council in§ 45-25-7, and each town authority shall secure its certificate ofincorporation in the manner prescribed for housing authorities for cities in§ 45-25-7.
