§ 45-26-6 - Area of operation.
SECTION 45-26-6
§ 45-26-6 Area of operation. – The area of operation of a town authority includes all of the town for which itis created; provided, that no authority operates in any area in which anauthority already established is operating without the consent by resolution ofthe authority already operating in that area.
