SECTION 45-26-7

   § 45-26-7  Laws applicable to townauthorities. – Town authorities and their commissioners, within their respective areas ofoperation, have the same functions, rights, powers, duties, privileges,immunities, and limitations provided for housing authorities, created forcities and their commissioners. All the provisions of law applicable to housingauthorities created for cities and their commissioners are applicable to townauthorities.
