SECTION 45-27-6

   § 45-27-6  Continuing validity ofsignatures of officers. – In case any of the officers whose signatures appear on any bonds or couponscease to be officers before the delivery of the bonds, their signatures shall,nevertheless, be valid and sufficient for all purposes, the same as if they hadremained in office until the delivery.
