SECTION 45-29-16

   § 45-29-16  Maps and surveys filed byauthority. – Upon the passage of a resolution by the city granting the petition, theauthority shall cause two (2) surveys or maps of the property described in thepetition to be made, one shall be filed in the land evidence records of thecity and the other in the office of the authority. The filing of the surveys ormaps shall be conclusive evidence of the acceptance by the authority of theterms and conditions of the resolution.
