SECTION 45-29-2

   § 45-29-2  Power of authority to take byeminent domain. – Any housing authority created under any housing authorities law, now in forceor hereafter enacted, may take by eminent domain any land, or any interest init, situated within the city or town where that authority is located, wheneverit is judged by the authority that the acquisition of the land, or interest init, is necessary for a housing project.
