SECTION 45-29-30

   § 45-29-30  Conveyance to authority ofproperty condemned by city. – The city shall transfer and convey to the authority all real property acquiredby the city by condemnation for the authority, upon the authority paying to thecity the amount agreed upon by the city and authority, or in the absence of anagreement, then upon paying all sums expended by the city in the acquisition ofthe property to be conveyed to the authority.
