§ 45-29-6 - Payment of agreed price for land.
SECTION 45-29-6
§ 45-29-6 Payment of agreed price forland. – If any person agrees with the authority for the price of the land, or interestin it, taken pursuant to this chapter, the court, upon the application of theparties in interest, may order that the sum agreed upon be paid immediatelyfrom the money deposited, as the just compensation to be awarded in theproceeding.
