   § 45-3-22  Record of proceedings asevidence – Certificate of clerk. – A copy of the record of the proceedings of any town meeting, certified by thetown clerk, is evidence of any act or vote of the town in town meetingassembled, and the certificate of the town clerk that no town meeting was heldto consider any subject in the certificate mentioned, or that no vote of thetown was taken upon the subject, is evidence of the fact, stated in the recordof the proceedings.
