SECTION 45-3-7

   § 45-3-7  Consent of council to specialmeeting. – No special town meeting shall be called without the consent of the towncouncil, if the subject or any of the subjects proposed to be considered at thespecial town meeting have been acted on by the town at any time within six (6)months prior to the time of the proposed call.
