SECTION 45-30-11

   § 45-30-11  Severability. – Notwithstanding any other evidence of legislative intent, it is declared to bethe controlling legislative intent that if any provision of this chapter, orthe application thereof to any persons or circumstances, is held invalid, theremainder of the chapter and the application of that provision to persons orcircumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid, shall not beaffected.
