SECTION 45-30-4

   § 45-30-4  Cooperation of state publicbodies. – Any state public body, as defined in the Housing Authorities Law, chapters 25– 27 of this title has the same rights and powers to cooperate withhousing authorities, or with the federal government, with respect to thedevelopment or administration of projects to assure the availability of safeand sanitary dwellings for persons engaged in national defense activities, orto provide housing for service personnel and returning veterans and theirfamilies, that the state public body has pursuant to that law for the purposeof assisting the development or administration of slum clearance or housingprojects for persons of low income.
