SECTION 45-30-5

   § 45-30-5  Bonds as legal investments.– Bonds or other obligations issued by a housing authority for a projectdeveloped or administered pursuant to this chapter are legal investments to thesame extent and for the same persons, institutions, associations, corporations,bodies, and officers as bonds or other obligations issued pursuant to theHousing Authorities Law, chapters 25 – 27 of this title, for thedevelopment of a slum clearance or housing project for persons of low income.
