§ 45-31.1-8 Appropriation and loans bycities and towns. – Any community is authorized to appropriate moneys raised by taxes or otherfunds, and may lend or give the moneys to any redevelopment agency to assist inthe carrying out of the purposes and provisions of this chapter.
