SECTION 45-31.2-1

   § 45-31.2-1  Declaration of policy. –The purpose of this chapter is to establish a uniform policy for the fair andequitable treatment of persons displaced by the acquisition of real property bythe relocation agency. The policy shall be uniform as to (1) relocationpayments, (2) advisory assistance, and (3) assurance of availability ofstandard housing.
