   § 45-31.2-11  Appeal procedure. – Any person or business concern aggrieved by final administrative determination,concerning eligibility for relocation payments authorized by this chapter, mayappeal the determination to the superior court in the county in which the landtaken for public use is located pursuant to the provisions of chapter 35 oftitle 42.
