   § 45-31.2-9  Administration. – In order to prevent unnecessary expense and duplication of functions, and topromote uniform and effective administration of relocation assistance programsfor displaced persons, the relocation agency may authorize any relocationagency to enter into contracts with any individual, firm, association, orcorporation for services in connection with those programs, or may carry outits functions under this chapter through any federal or state agency orinstrumentality having an established organization for conducting relocationassistance programs.
