SECTION 45-31-14

   § 45-31-14  Officers of agency. – The agency shall elect a chairperson and vice chairperson from among itsmembers. The agency shall elect or appoint a secretary who need not be a memberof the agency. The term of office of the chairperson, vice chairperson, andsecretary, unless otherwise prescribed by the legislative body of thecommunity, shall be for the calendar year, or for that portion remaining aftereach officer is designated or elected.
