SECTION 45-31-23

   § 45-31-23  Real property exempt fromprocess. – All real property of an agency is exempt from levy and sale by virtue of anexecution, except as provided by §§ 45-32-24 – 45-32-39 and§§ 45-33-5 – 45-33-15 and no execution or other judicial processshall issue against the real property of the agency, nor any judgment againstan agency be a charge or lien upon its real property; provided, that theprovisions of this section do not apply to or limit the right of obligees toforeclose or otherwise enforce any mortgage, deed of trust, or otherencumbrance of an agency or the right of any obligee to pursue any remedies forthe enforcement of any pledge or lien given by an agency on its rents, fees, orrevenues.
