SECTION 45-31-25

   § 45-31-25  Severability. – If any provision of chapters 31 – 33 of this title, or the application ofthat provision to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, the remainder ofthe chapters, or the application of that provision to other persons orcircumstances, shall not be affected.
