SECTION 45-32-12

   § 45-32-12  Conduct of hearing. – At the hearing the legislative body, or its committee to which the plan hasbeen referred, shall consider the plan, any report of the planning commission,and any recommendations the agency may make, and take any other evidence andtestimony that may be presented concerning the matters under consideration.
