SECTION 45-32-13

   § 45-32-13  Adoption of plan. – If the legislative body determines that the redevelopment plan is feasible andconforms to the general plan for the community, and that if carried out wouldpromote the public health, safety, morals, and welfare of the community, andwould effectuate the purposes of chapters 31 – 33 of this title, then thelegislative body may adopt the plan by ordinance.
