SECTION 45-32-15

   § 45-32-15  Declaration of intent to changestreets. – If the plan provides for the opening, closing, widening, or changing the gradeof existing streets or alleys or any other modification of the existing streetlayout in the project area, the legislative body shall declare its intention toinstitute these proceedings at the time or in connection with the adoption ofthe plan.
