SECTION 45-32-17

   § 45-32-17  Finding as to federal aid.– If the plan provides for financial aid from the federal government, thatprovision of the plan shall not be approved by the legislative body unless itfinds that the financial aid from the federal government provided for in theplan is necessary to enable the land in the project area to be redeveloped inaccordance with the redevelopment plan.
