SECTION 45-32-23

   § 45-32-23  Modification of plan. –Upon the recommendation of the agency, a redevelopment plan may be modified atany time by the legislative body or by the legislative body at its owndiscretion. The legislative body may, at its discretion, hold a public hearingon the proposed modification provided, that, if the plan is modified afterlease or sale by the agency of real property in the project area, themodification shall be subject to rights at law and in equity as the lessee orpurchaser, or his or her successor or successors or assigns in interest, may beentitled to assert.
