SECTION 45-32-28

   § 45-32-28  Deposit in superior court ofcompensation for property taken. – Upon the filing of the copy of the resolution, plat, and declaration, asdescribed in § 45-32-27, the agency shall file in the superior court inand for the county in which the real property lies a statement of the sum ofmoney estimated by the agency to be just compensation for the property taken,and shall deposit in the superior court, to the use of the persons entitled toit, the sum established in the statement or a greater or lesser sum inaccordance with an order by the court determining the sum which should beconsidered sufficient to satisfy the claims of all persons having an estate orinterest in the real property.
