SECTION 45-32-29

   § 45-32-29  Addition to or return ofdeposits. – Whenever, from time to time, the agency has satisfied the court that the amountdeposited with the court is either greater than required or is insufficient tosatisfy the claims of all persons interested in the real property, the courtmay order that the amount of the excess be repaid to the agency or may orderadditional sums deposited as the court deems necessary. Whenever the agency hassatisfied the court that the claims of all persons interested in the realproperty taken have been satisfied, the unexpended balance shall be repaidimmediately to the agency.
