SECTION 45-32-30

   § 45-32-30  Vesting of title to propertytaken. – Upon the filing of the copy of the resolution, plat, and declaration in theland evidence records of the city or town, and upon the making of a deposit inaccordance with the order of the superior court, title to the real property infee simple absolute or the lesser estate or interest in it, as is specified inthe declaration, shall vest in the agency, and the real property deemed to becondemned and taken for the use of the agency, and the right to justcompensation for it vested in the persons entitled to it.
