SECTION 45-32-31

   § 45-32-31  Publication of resolution anddeclaration. – After the filing of the resolution, plat, and declaration, pursuant to §45-32-27, the secretary of the agency shall cause a copy of the resolution anddeclaration to be published in some newspaper published in the county where thereal property lies, at least once a week for three (3) successive weeks.
