SECTION 45-32-33

   § 45-32-33  Payment of agreed price. –If any person agrees with the agency for the price of the real property, orestate, or interest in it so taken, the court, upon application of all partiesin interest, may order that the sum agreed upon be paid immediately from themoney deposited, as the just compensation to be awarded in the proceedings,except as otherwise provided in § 45-31-19.
