SECTION 45-32-43

   § 45-32-43  Work to be done by contract.– All work of grading, clearing, demolition, improvement, repair, or constructionof a value of more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) undertaken by the agency,shall be done by contract, subject to the terms and conditions of §§37-13-1 – 37-13-13 and additions and amendments to them.
