SECTION 45-32-44

   § 45-32-44  Compliance with federal wageand hours policies. – Notwithstanding the provisions of § 45-32-43 or any other law, the agencymay agree to any conditions attached to financial assistance from the federalgovernment relating to the determination of prevailing salaries or wages orcompliance with labor standards, and may include in any contract let inconnection with a redevelopment project, stipulations requiring that thecontractor and any subcontractors comply with those conditions as to minimumsalaries or wages and maximum hours of labor.
