SECTION 45-32-47

   § 45-32-47  Continuation of prior projects.– Nothing contained in chapters 31 – 33 of this title, affects the right ofan agency to continue and carry out to completion any redevelopment project forwhich a redevelopment plan has been approved by the legislative body of thecommunity under the provisions of chapter 2574 of the Public Laws of 1950 priorto April 2, 1956, and the provisions of chapter 2574 of the Public Laws of 1950shall remain in full force and effect and applicable to the project orprojects. Nothing contained in chapters 31 – 33 of this title affects therights of any person, firm, or corporation acquired before April 2, 1956against an agency.
