SECTION 45-32-6

   § 45-32-6  Selection of project areas– Formulation of redevelopment plans. – The redevelopment agency may of its own motion, or at the direction of thelegislative body, select one or more project areas comprising all or a portionof a redevelopment area, and formulate a redevelopment plan for each projectarea. Redevelopment plans may be prepared by the planning commission in theevent the members of the agency have not been appointed or at the request ofthe agency.
