SECTION 45-33.2-14

   § 45-33.2-14  Remedies of bondholders andnoteholders. – Any holder of bonds or notes issued under this chapter, or of any of thecoupons appertaining to those bonds and notes, and the trustee under any trustagreement securing the bonds or notes, except to the extent the rights hereingiven may be restricted by any agreement securing the bonds or notes, may bringsuit upon the bonds, notes, or coupons and may, either at law or in equity, bysuit, action, mandamus, or other proceedings, protect and enforce any and allrights under the laws of the state or granted under this chapter or under anyagreement, and may enforce or compel the performance of all duties required bythis chapter or by an agreement to be performed by the city or town or by anycity or town officer.
