SECTION 45-33.2-16
§ 45-33.2-16 Bonds and notes as investmentsecurities. – Notwithstanding any of the provisions of this chapter or any recitals in anybond or notes issued under this chapter, all bonds and notes are deemed to beinvestment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code, §§ 6A-1-101– 6A-9-507.
