SECTION 45-33-10

   § 45-33-10  Continuing validity ofsignatures – Negotiability of bonds. – In case any of the members or officers of the agency whose signatures appear onany bonds or coupons cease to be members or officers before the delivery of thebonds, their signatures are, nevertheless, valid and sufficient for allpurposes, the same as if they had remained in office until delivery. Anyprovision of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, any bonds issued pursuantto chapters 31 – 33 of this title are fully negotiable.
