SECTION 45-33-11

   § 45-33-11  Recitals as to purpose ofbonds. – In any suit, action, or proceedings involving the validity or enforceability ofany bonds of an agency or their security, any bond reciting in substance thatit has been issued by the agency to aid in financing a redevelopment project orfor code enforcement projects, shall be conclusively deemed to have been issuedfor a redevelopment project of character, and the project conclusively deemedto have been planned, located, and constructed in accordance with the purposesand provisions of chapters 31 – 33 of this title, or, if issued for a codeenforcement project or projects, conclusively deemed to have been issued for acode enforcement project or projects of character, and the project or projectsconclusively deemed to have been planned, located, and carried out inaccordance with the purposes and provisions of appropriate federal legislation.
