SECTION 45-33-16

   § 45-33-16  Financial assistance by otherpublic agencies. – In addition to the powers conferred upon an agency by other provisions ofchapters 31 – 33 of this title, an agency is empowered to borrow money oraccept financial or other assistance, from the federal or state government orany state public body, for or in aid of any redevelopment project, and to thoseends the agency is empowered to comply with any conditions attached, notinconsistent with the purposes of these chapters.
