SECTION 45-33-7

   § 45-33-7  Terms and form of bonds. –Bonds of an agency are authorized by its resolution, and may be issued in oneor more series, and shall bear a date or dates, mature at time or times, bearinterest at a rate or rates, be in a denomination or denominations, be in aform, either coupon or registered, carry conversion or registration privileges,have a rank or priority, be executed in a manner, be payable in a medium ofpayment, at a place or places, and be subject to terms of redemption (with orwithout premium) that the resolution, its trust indenture, or mortgage mayprovide. Bonds of an agency may be sold at public or private sale at a price orprices to be determined by the agency.
