SECTION 45-38.1-16

   § 45-38.1-16  Bonds eligible forinvestment. – Bonds or notes issued by the corporation under the provisions of this chapterare made securities in which all public officers and public bodies of the stateand its political subdivisions, all insurance companies, trust companies,banking associations, credit unions, building and loan associations, investmentcompanies, executors, administrators, trustees and other fiduciaries, pension,profit sharing, and retirement funds, may properly and legally invest funds,including capital in their control or belonging to them. The bonds or notes aremade securities which may properly and legally be deposited with and receivedby any state or municipal officer or any agency or political subdivision of thestate for any purpose for which the deposit of bonds or other obligations ofthe state is now or may hereafter be authorized by law.
