SECTION 45-38.1-24

   § 45-38.1-24  Severability. – If any section, clause, provision, or portion of this chapter is held to beinvalid or unconstitutional by any court of competent jurisdiction, thatholding shall not affect any other section, clause, or provision of thischapter which is not in and of itself unconstitutional.
