   § 45-39.1-4  Organization. – Notwithstanding any provision of law, charter, or ordinance, to the contrarynot later than July 1, 2010, each municipal water supply shall be organized,operated, and accounted for as an enterprise fund; provided, however, that therequirements of this section shall not be deemed to abrogate or impair anyagreement, decision, rate, or order in effect on July 1, 2009.
