SECTION 45-43-6

   § 45-43-6  Finances – Annual report.– (a) The governing bodies of the member governments may appropriate funds tomeet the expenses of the council. Services of personnel, use of equipment andoffice space, and other necessary services may be accepted from members as partof their financial support.

   (b) The council may accept funds, grants, gifts, and servicesfrom the government of the United States or its agencies, from this state orits departments, agencies, or instrumentalities, or from any other governmentalunit whether participating in the council or not, and from private and civicsources.

   (c) It shall make an annual report of its activities to themember governments and to the director of the state department ofadministration.
