SECTION 45-44-5

   § 45-44-5  Conditional deed. – Upon the approval of an applicant, as provided in § 45-44-11, the city ortown shall execute a conditional deed to the assigned parcel to the applicant.Provided, that if the parcel to be conveyed is unimproved, the city or town mayexecute a deed conveying fee simple title to the applicant.
