SECTION 45-44-6

   § 45-44-6  Fee simple conveyance. –If and when the conditions of § 45-44-4 are fulfilled, as determined andcertified by the city or town and the homestead board, which shall be createdto administer this chapter, the city or town shall execute all documentsnecessary to convey a fee simple title to the assigned parcel to the qualifyingapplicant.
