SECTION 45-46-6

   § 45-46-6  Severability. – If any provision of this chapter or any rule or determination made under thischapter, or application to any person, agency, or circumstances, is heldinvalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this chapter andits application to any person, agency, or circumstances shall not be affectedthereby. The invalidity of any section or sections of this chapter shall notaffect the validity of the remainder of this chapter.
