§ 45-46-7 Continuation of ordinances.– All lawfully adopted soil erosion and sediment control ordinances shall bebrought into conformance with this chapter by July 1, 1991. Each city and townshall review its soil erosion and sediment control ordinance and makeamendments or revisions that are necessary to bring it into conformance withthis chapter.
