SECTION 45-48.1-16
§ 45-48.1-16 Moneys received deemed to betrust funds. – All moneys received pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, whether asproceeds from the issue of bonds or notes or as revenues or otherwise, shall bedeemed to be trust funds to be held and applied solely as provided in thischapter.
