SECTION 45-48.1-18

   § 45-48.1-18  Bonds and notes issuedwithout consent of other entities. – Bonds and notes may be issued under this chapter without obtaining the consentof any department, division, commission, board, bureau or agency of the stateor the town, including the public utilities commission and the division ofpublic utilities pursuant to chapters 1 – 5 of title 39, and without anyother proceedings or the happening of any other conditions or things than thoseproceedings, conditions or things which are specifically required therefor bythis chapter, and the validity of and security for any bonds and notes issuedby the district shall not be affected by the existence or nonexistence of anysuch consent or other proceedings, conditions or things.
